A coaching sanctuary for women in transition — a steady, spacious place to come home to yourself.
Reclaiming Yourself
What This Space Is
Reclaiming Yourself is a coaching experience designed for the in‑between — the seasons when the old no longer fits, and the new hasn’t fully arrived. You can choose the kind of support that feels right for you:
1:1 Coaching — deeply personalized, spacious, and attuned to your pace
Small‑Group Coaching — intimate, connective, and held within a circle of women navigating their own transitions
Both pathways offer the same sanctuary‑rooted presence and trauma‑aware guidance.
Who This Is For
This space is for you if you’re:
navigating a life transition
rebuilding after loss, change, or unraveling
feeling the quiet ache of “there has to be more”
longing to reconnect with your voice, your desires, your direction
ready to move forward with clarity and courage — but not alone
You don’t need to have the words yet. You just need to feel the pull.
What Coaching Looks Like Here
Whether you choose 1:1 or group, coaching here is:
gentle, grounded, and trauma‑aware
rooted in reflection, creativity, and steady support
paced to your nervous system, not a program timeline
a mix of conversation, tools, and guided practices
a sanctuary where you can tell the truth without being rushed
You’ll leave each session with clarity, direction, and a deeper sense of home within yourself.

What You’ll Walk Away With
Women often leave this space with:
a clearer sense of who they are now
language for what they’re longing for
tools to navigate the transition they’re in
renewed courage and self‑trust
a grounded next step — not a forced plan
a deeper connection to their own inner steadiness
This work doesn’t give you a new self. It helps you return to the one you’ve always been.
WHY I DO THIS WORK
I do this work because I know what it feels like to stand in a transition and not have the language for it. To sense that something is shifting inside you long before you can name what’s ending or beginning. To feel the ache of becoming — and the loneliness of not knowing where to turn.
For more than twenty‑five years, I’ve been a mentor, tutor, and teacher, walking beside people as they learned, stretched, and found their footing. I loved that work. It shaped me. It taught me how to listen beneath the words, how to hold space, how to honor someone’s unfolding without rushing them.
But when I stepped into coaching three years ago, something in me settled. It felt like coming home.
Coaching gave me a way to meet women not just in their learning, but in their becoming — in the tender, threshold places where identity, desire, grief, and possibility all live at once. It allowed me to offer the kind of presence I had always needed myself: steady, spacious, non‑judging, deeply human.
I do this work because I believe every woman deserves a sanctuary during the seasons when life asks her to shed, to soften, to rise, or to begin again. Because I’ve lived through my own transitions — the quiet ones, the painful ones, the liberating ones — and I know how transformative it is not to walk them alone.
This work is my devotion. My craft. My way of honoring the women who are brave enough to return to themselves.
And it is my deepest privilege to walk beside you as you do.
This is the way I walk beside women in these threshold places.
My approach is simple, steady, and deeply human. I believe every woman carries an inner wisdom that never disappears — it only gets quiet beneath the noise, the expectations, the transitions, and the seasons of survival. My work is to help you hear that wisdom again.
I don’t offer formulas or force outcomes. I offer presence. I offer spaciousness. I offer tools that meet you where you are, not where you think you “should” be.
Coaching with me is a blend of reflection, gentle inquiry, creative practices, and grounded support. It’s trauma‑aware and paced to your nervous system, honoring the truth that real change happens when you feel safe, seen, and unhurried.
I listen for what’s said and what’s unsaid. I help you name what’s shifting. I walk with you as you sort what’s ending, what’s emerging, and what’s asking to be reclaimed.
This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to the woman you’ve always been — with more clarity, more courage, and more compassion for your own unfolding.
CLOSING INVITATION
If something in my story, my approach, or the way I hold this work has stirred a quiet yes in you, consider this your invitation. You don’t have to navigate this transition alone. There is a place here for your questions, your ache, your longing, and your becoming — a sanctuary where you can return to yourself without rushing or performing.
I would be honored to walk beside you as you step into this next chapter, at the pace your soul is asking for.
Three ways to be held. One sanctuary.
Follow the support that feels right for the season you’re in.

FAQs
-
Not at all. Many women arrive with only a feeling — an ache, a restlessness, a sense that something is shifting. We begin exactly where you are.
-
Feel into what you’re craving:
privacy, depth, and a space just for you or
connection, resonance, and being witnessed by others
There’s no wrong choice. Both are held with the same gentleness and care.
-
No — this is coaching. It’s reflective, supportive, and forward‑moving, but it’s not a substitute for mental health treatment. Coaching here focuses on clarity, direction, and reconnecting with your inner steadiness.
-
That’s completely normal. The group is intentionally small, intimate, and slow‑paced. You’re never required to share more than you want. Many women find the circle surprisingly grounding.
-
You’ll be guided to choose your path — 1:1 or group — and then you’ll see the next steps clearly laid out. Everything is gentle, spacious, and at your pace.
-
Yes. I want this work to feel accessible and honoring. Payment plans are available for both pathways.
-
Then you’re welcome to take your time. This work meets you where you are — not where you “should” be.
