The Invitation
Seasonal tending for the woman you’re becoming.A creative wellness space for the one becoming again.
Life doesn’t always offer a clear beginning. Whether you’re reclaiming your voice, moving through quiet ache, or longing to create without pressure—this is a space that meets you where you are.
We offer three gentle arcs of restoration and expression. You may begin anywhere.
Reclaiming Yourself
A guided homecoming to the parts you’ve long carried and the ones still emerging.Reclaiming Yourself is my coaching sanctuary for women in transition — a guided space to return to who you are now, what you’re longing for, and what comes next. Whether you feel most supported one‑to‑one or within a small, intimate circle of women walking their own thresholds, this is where you can land, breathe, and begin again with steady, soul‑rooted guidance.
WHY I’M HERE
The Threshold I Didn’t Expect
There came a moment — after my daughter was grown, after the house softened into quiet, after decades of being the mother, the caregiver, the mentor, the steady buoy for everyone else — when I realized I no longer knew who I was without someone needing me.
The roles that once shaped my days began to loosen. And in the space they left behind, a question rose:
Who am I now?
The Unraveling and the Return
I didn’t have an answer at first. Just a feeling — a tug toward myself, toward the woman I had set aside while tending to everyone else.
So I began the slow, tender work of returning. Gathering the pieces I had dropped. Listening to the parts of me I had quieted. Learning how to belong to my own life again.
It wasn’t a reinvention. It was a homecoming.
What I Noticed
As I walked this path, I noticed something: I wasn’t the only one standing in the in‑between.
So many women in midlife were carrying the same questions — the same ache, the same unraveling, the same quiet longing to find themselves again after years of being everything for everyone else.
Their stories echoed mine. Their thresholds felt familiar. Their courage moved me.
Why This Work
Because transition is not a problem to solve — it’s a season to honor.
Women are taught to push through, hold it together, stay productive, stay pleasing, stay certain. But real life doesn’t move in straight lines. It moves in cycles: unraveling, rooting, rising, returning.
Raisin & Raspberry exists because women deserve a place where their becoming is not rushed, pathologized, or polished over. A place where the inner seasons are allowed to be what they are. A place where creativity becomes a doorway back to the self, not a performance.
This work matters because women matter — their stories, their thresholds, their quiet courage, their ripening, their return.
